Now don't get me wrong! You are going to need a Realtor! We are the true professionals that can complete the task of Buying or Selling property. "As safely as possible". The Realtor is responsible for so much more than showing you properties. This market is so transparent that the client has access (Such as this web page) to access the market as a Realtor would. MLS and Featured Homes search.
A Picture says a thousand words! Well most of the time this is true. In order to see more than the picture of the front of the home "Click" More Details. This will allow you to see the remainder of the pictures of the property along with a abundance of further information on that home. You can click on the individual smaller pictures to show you a larger version.
The Realtor is up in the top left hand corner and the information should be there to contact them. We suggest emailing them at first to get all the information needed. You can always call them and make an appointment after you have narrowed your actual interested search. It is easier for the Realtor if you give them them the MLS Number of the property. that is how they can easily track the property in their Multiple Listing Service.
Go to the request More information with the question mark in the top right box. This will give you an area to request further information. Make Sure in the Remarks box you instruct the Realtor When and How you want to contacted. If you want an email only response " Say So". Most of the time they will respect your wishes.
Requesting a Showing of the Property!
When Requesting a showing keep in mind flexibility. Give the Realtor a window of time to show. They are Professionals and keep busy schedules. Allow them some flexibility in showing you the home.
If you are a single woman. Please feel free to bring another friend along with you. It is easier when you have someone else to share with and bounce ideas to help in your decision.
